Dogo Onsen (ι“εΎŒζΈ©ζ³‰) is situated in the Dogo district of Matsuyama on the island of Shikoku. The hot springs bath is arguably the oldest and longest-running in Japanese history.

It’s best to take in a soak after a long day hiking around Matsuyama Castle, coming off a long bike ride across the Shimanami Bridges, or ending your 88-temple pilgrimage (temple 51, Ishiteji ηŸ³ζ‰‹ε―Ί).
